Same-Different

This week we have reintroduced the concept of “same” and “different” seen in book 1. Before working on book pages 21 and 22, the English teachers have illustrated the concepts using different objects around the classroom (Seahorse, Fish and Seesaw). The children had to compare and identify the objects that are the same or different, such as, glue, finger paint, crayons, school bags, boys and girls etc.. On page 21 we asked children to circle the t-shirt that is different and on page 22 circle the object (the ball) which is not the same.

The mini teachers of the day also pointed to the objects on the PDI.
