Corners are a very good context for the
learning of the English language, because all the instructions are given in
English.
Corners are also good for developing creativity and for
learning a lot of vocabulary. We use vocabulary and grammar structures that we
want our students to use before, during and after the activity planned, they
learn through imitation, they copy us, our accent, our rhythm, our way of
emphasizing the important words.
Pupils work in teams developing different activities
and other fields of knowledge.
This process of teaching enables the students to learn
how to work different subjects in English, for example, science and arts.
